Returns Policy
We will promptly exchange any item, or issue a full refund, if the goods are returned to us within 15 days in undamaged, new condition, and in the original packaging. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please enclose a copy of all invoices and packing slips. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Service Department service@grahams.com.au for return authorization .
Goods Damaged During Shipping
On receipt of order please inspect the parcel for any sign of damage. If any damage is found, please refuse delivery. The shipment will automatically be returned to Graham's and we will reprocess a replacement order as soon as the problem is rectified. .
Warranty
The products sold by Grahams have warranties and, or guarantees provided by the respective manufacturer who have, warranty & service agents Australia wide.
