There are two types of Grahams gift cards, a physical gift card and a digital e-gift card.
Physical gift cards: Physical gift cards are sent shortly after their purchase via Australia Post in a standard untracked parcel. They are usually delivered within 2-9 business days and are ready to use instantly online or at a Grahams store location in South Australia.
Digital e-gift cards: e-gift cards arrive instantly via the recipient’s email and can be used online and in stores.
Where can you redeem Grahams gift cards?
Both Grahams’ physical and digital cards can be redeemed online or at any of Grahams’ 4 store locations.
How do you use digital e-gift cards in store?
In order to use an e-Gift Card in-store, simply have the email ready or save a copy to your phone so that it can be scanned at the counter.
When do Grahams gift cards expire?
Grahams gift cards are valid for 3 years, meaning you’ll have plenty of time to decide which shiny new piece of jewellery or sleek timepiece you wish to add to your collection.
How do I check my gift card balance?
To check the balance of your Grahams gift card, simply click the ‘check your gift card balance’ button on this page. Enter the card number and PIN which can be found on the back of the card or attached to the digital copy if you received it via email.
